Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nama account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
